US Supreme Court Sends Abu-Jamal Death Sentence Back to Appeals Court:

High court dismisses ruling on Abu-Jamal death sentence:

The US Supreme Court has tossed out a lower court ruling that overturned the death sentence of convicted cop killing scumbag Mumia Abu Jamal. As I’m sure most of you know Jamal, whose real name is Wesley Cook, was convicted in 1982 for the 1981 shooting death of Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner.

However, Jamal’s death sentence hasn’t been reinstated yet. The decision goes back to the Third Circuit Court to determine whether the death sentence will be reinstated or if they’ll let the histrionics of the Mumia supporters to continue.

With any luck, the death sentence will be reimposed and Jamal will get the sentence he earned and not just die of old age.
