I originally posted about Allen Doelitsch here and here. Well, those were the important ones anyway.

The then 18-year-old Doelitsch was arrested back in 2008 for threatening an attack against Samuel Champion High School in Boerne, Texas. A high school he didn’t even attend.

He also tried recruiting a 14-year-old student of the school into his plot. The 14-year-old was down with the plot but he told friends who in turn told the school who in turn told the police.

Doelitsch was just another mutant who tried blaming his actions on his depression and said that he wasn’t going to carry out the threat.

But recently he manned up and took his medicine by pleading guilty to criminal solicitation of a minor to commit capital murder and theft of a firearm and was sentenced to 25 years behind bars.

It warms my cold black heart to see one of these cretins get a real sentence. There’s been too much probation and coddling for my tastes for these kinds of crimes.

  1. Hello, i was a close personal friend of both Allen and the kid he talked into doing the crime with. while i know and agree that his threats were both extremely stupid and uncalled for, i also know what kind of person he was then. i went to school with his little brother all the way back to elementary school, his brother and i were best friends throughout high school but eventually we drifted apart. Allen actually DID attend Boerne High school, but after getting in trouble he was sent to an off campus school for the students that needed a separate learning environment, i ended up going to the same school right before he acquired all the credits he needed to graduate. i got to know him so well in that time, he and i hung out quite a bit and he even let me borrow his truck a few times when i really needed to, only because he trusted me. one of these times that we hung out was right around the time when he and my other young friend had gotten in trouble and the courts were stirring to sentence him. (i want to take a moment to mention that the young man he got in trouble died in a car accident with his twin brother and two more of my great friends, on an ill fated skipped school day. these two guys were just kids, you never knew them.) this one time that i hung out with Allen, i remember that we were sitting on my porch outside smoking a cigarette, and i remember i looked at him and i said “Allen? what were you thinking?” and he said to me “you know, i dont think i was thinking at all, i guess i didnt think they were going to take it so seriously.” i remember looking at him and seeing the shame in his face and his eyes, and i asked him “did you mean it, would you really have hurt anyone?” he looked at me and said “no i would not, first you know i would not hurt anyone and second, what would i have used? i had an unloaded gun i found in someones car, nothing else, i had no explosives or any idea how to get any and i also did not have any other gun or bullets.” i remember asking him if he was scared about the outcome and he said he was and wished that he could take it all back. what you don’t know is that they discovered this “plot” through a text message found on the other boys cell phone. what you also don’t know is that Boerne is a town that has plenty of faults, and schools with plenty of faulty staff (believe me i know this to be true from experience) the officers had developed a severe disliking for Allen so much so that he and his younger girlfriend broke up because the cops harassed them both threatening to charge him with statutory rape, i never liked his girlfriend and still do not, but i know she consented to being with him. one night when i was 17 Allen was walking me home from hanging out with his brother, just so i was safe, and we got stopped by 2 cops that had spotted my cigarette. i only had my school ID at the time but i cooperated with them telling them it was my cigarette and no i didnt have anymore it was the only one i had, i also told them who i was and Allen did the same. the officers down right TOLD me that i was not who i was saying i was and that i was his under age girlfriend and that both of us were in trouble. well a quick call and a moment later my mother confronted the cops about the situation and set them strait about my identity, Allen was told to walk home before he got arrested and i went home with a ticket that my mom was not even mad about because of the way the cops acted. that ticket was the only smudge on my otherwise squeaky clean record, and it still is a clean record. again, i know he was stupid for the threat and he should not have done it, but the way you talk about him, as if he is just another criminal that got what he deserves, really makes me sick because he WAS just a confused young man feeling the spurn of the school system that had turned him away, when they could have helped him and he would still be walking the streets a free man.I remember that Boerne’s whole stance was helping their students, even those with emotional issues and especially troubled students (so why did they just kick him out when all he needed was some help?).his conviction was not the first threat, the school system failed him when they dismissed him in the first incident and threw him out, they never asked him why he did it the first time and they definitely did not care the second time. Allen was very much crying out for help, never once did i ever hear about their father and never have i seen their father, as for there mother i know she worked her butt off and was hardly home. now you read this and tell me that those are not red flags for someone crying out for help, shame on you for placing judgement on someone you know nothing about, on a case you know nothing about. who are you to JUDGE a kid whose crying out for help? its people, with “cold hearts” like you, as yours most certainly is cold, that are the reason he did not get the help that he most certainly needed. He was in fact a victim of, not only his own idiocy, but he was a victim of people like you with hearts so cold that all they see is the threat and not the reasoning behind it.
i will never be a follower of yours, and ill take care in remembering your name so that i never unintentionally support you by reading the trash you write, whether it helps you or not.
thank you sincerely – The one who cares.

I also knew Allen, and I’m sorry but you are an idiot! This was his second attempt at plotting a school shooting. The first threat was when he was attending Boerne High School. He deserves that sentence and needs professional help. You were obviously quite younger than him and naive. He would tell these girls he liked that Klebold would speak to him and tell him to hurt people. Allen deserves to be prison!!!!

  2. i would like to add that i happened across this page will searching for Allen’s contact information so that i can visit him, because even after all of this time, i still care about how he is doing.
i wish that society was not as harsh as it is, aren’t people like you supposed to expose the truths of society?

    1. i also just saw your two previous posts, why attack champion high? he was joking about that school too because the other boy was attending that school. a case of a teens Severe Stupidity blown out of proportion, and a kid crying out for help being brushed aside. we pay taxes for people being in prison, our taxes would not be so hefty if there were more people with open ears and open hearts.
now i am officially finished, i am sorry for the triple post but it all needs to be said.
