‘Juggalo’s’ lawyer wants murder case dismissed:

One of the lawyers for the Juggalo accused of killing Michael Goucher wants the charges dismissed.

The lawyer for Ian Seagraves, aka ThrOwT Stabba, wants the murder charges against his client dismissed due to an alleged lack of evidence. And if that doesn’t work the attorney is requesting that the trial be moved to juvenile court since Segraves was 17 at the time of the murder. And if that doesn’t work they want Segrave’s statements he made to police after being read his rights stricken.

Correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t statements made to police after being read your rights count as evidence?
