Myspace manipulator sentenced for crimes against girls:

I originally posted about Joseph Cummings here and here.

The 21-year-old Cummings from Dayton, Ohio posed as a 17-year-old in order to have sex with three underage girls that he met on MySpace and also took explicit pictures of them. After pleading guilty he was sentenced to 5 1/2 years in prison.

So he rapes three girls and produces child porn of them and he only gets less than 6 years.

Again, he’ll be out in plenty of time to rape other underage girls.

    The story is not what it seems and has been twisted to make him look like a child rapest. I know Joseph Cummings and he is not what they make him out to be. You do not know his story. He did not deserve 5 and a half years!

    Trench, Have you found a report that states how old the girls were? He didn’t go to trial he pled out. His lawyer probably told him the odds at trial (for getting serious time) were not good.
