With the recent protest about human trafficking that took place in front of the craigslist office, you would think that CEO Jim Buckmaster would address it in the official craigslist blog. So what was Jimmy B’s first blog post about after the protests took place?

A sea wall for sale in Vancouver.

I was waiting to hear something about how craigslist is going to stem the tide of human trafficking instead.

  1. I am proud to say that I have never used Craigs List to buy or sell, and I have only been to the site once. I never went back mainly because I found it to be extremely frustrating to navigate, and it just smelled smarmy. That was several years ago, and my instincts were right.
