Police: Man sexually assaulted York County teens he met through babysitting ad:

In Carlisle, Pennsylvania police arrested 37-year-old Lewis A. Dopp for allegedly having sex with 5 girls ages 16 and 17 that he found on craigslist. However, he did not find them on craigslist the way you think he would have. He found them because ether the girls had placed ads for their babysitting services on craigslist or had responded to Dopp’s ad for a baby sitter.

Between Oct. 1, 2009, and June 30 Dopp would spend weekends with the teens at his home, according to a news release.

During that time, Dopp provided the teens with alcohol and had sexual contact with three of the teens when they were 15 and 16 years old, police said.

Reportedly he had one of the teens record him having sex with one of the others. It’s hard to believe that this went unnoticed for 8 months. Dopp supposedly only put a stop to it because some of the girls were smoking weed and he did not approve of that. A creeper with standards. Who would have guessed?

No word on if Dopp actually had a child that was in need of sitting.

But who in the blue hell allows their 16 or 17-year-old daughter to post an ad for babysitting on craigslist? Apparently the kind of parent who doesn’t care about their kids getting molested.

    Just because you allow your teen to post babysitting services on craigslist does not mean you are an uncaring parent. There are things parents need to do though to keep their children safe. We allowed our 14 year old daughter to post for babysitting services on craigslist… however, the contact email and phone numbers were my husband’s and my own, not hers. This guy actually responded. My husband went with her to meet the guy and get all the info. He gave her and my husband the creeps, not because he said anything off color, but just the vibes he gave off. So, we decided to not allow her to babysit for him. We trusted our instincts. He then bashed us on craigslist for posting, but then not taking the job…then this article came out, and we were so grateful we went with our gut feelings. As a caring parent, I want my daughter to learn responsibility and earn her own spending money. She found another babysitting position from posting flyers. I went with her to meet them and their children…I also did background checks.

        1) STFU and learn to form sentences and paragraphs with punctuation so you AT LEAST dont look like the idiot youre coming off as.

        2) LEARN TO READ. Most of what you said wasnt even related to her story, you just threw out a lot of idiotic insults that only served the purpose of making you look like a fool. She said they bashed her ON CRAIGSLIST, which means he kept messaging them angrily, not posted somewhere random like Facebook.

        Jesus Christ, I wish i lived with a mental capacity that 90% of this world seems to possess. My life would be a lot more easier not knowing that the sky isnt actually blue.

      wow you let your daughter who is only 14 post on craigslist for jobs..didn’t you ever hear of the poor 19 yr old that showed up for a job interview and was murdered by a teenager in the house then he had sex with her dead body and hid her in his closet….a little graphic but maybe you can be a more responsible parent..first off 14 is not even old enough for working papers..so start being a parent

      Oh man the idiocy annoys me! Spell check ! Anyways, so basically loser ass is saying the girls asked for it?? How old were they?! I was raped by my uncle for 6 months when I was 14, just went to trial, along with 11 other girls.. he’s now serving 42-55 years in prison . Moral is, I didn’t tell anybody, but that doesn’t make what he did right. A grown ass man should know better! A teenager is still in a sense a child, ya perverted fuck!
