Missing woman’s family hoping reward produces leads:
The family of Megan Waterman is hoping to raise $5000 for a reward for viable information that will lead to Megan’s return.
Megan, from Maine, went missing in Long Island several months ago after being advertised on craigslist as an escort. Her boyfriend, Akeem Cruz, has been arrested but not in connection with her disappearance.
Friend of the site, Cynthia Caron of LostNMissing, Inc., posted a comment in the article giving details about a benefit being held to raise money.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC TO HELP RAISE MONEY FOR THE REWARD OF MISSING, MEGAN WATERMAN.
While some of you may think that Megan is just a hooker she is also a mother to a 3-year-old girl who I’m sure misses her mother very much.
There’s very little doubt in my mind that Megan’s disappearance had something to do with human trafficking. If craigslist really wanted to help the victims of human trafficking they would donate some of that sex ad money to help get Megan back.
