Alleged killer prostitute used Backpage.com to find victim:

It seems that we now have ‘Backpage Killers’ flying out of the woodwork now. This time it’s in Washington DC and the killer is still at large.

Police in DC arrested 20-year-old Latonya Hall of Oxon Hill, Maryland in connection with the February 2010 shooting death of 33-year-old Michaeldeon R. Talley of DC. It seems that Ms. Hall was a prostitute that Talley solicited the services of off of the Village Voice Media-owned backpage.com.

Police say that Hall and another associate entered Talley’s residence and got a layout of the place. Hall then allegedly called an associate of hers only identified as ‘Manny’ to come rob the place. Manny stormed the apartment home invasion style and got into a scuffle with Talley which resulted in Talley being shot and killed. ‘Manny’ is still at large.

Well, now it seems that not only does Backpage have their hand in child prostitution and human trafficking but now they have their own series of killers as well. How well did your supposed 18 safeguards keep this from happening? As they say around these parts, not too good.
