Man who bit out son’s eye found not guilty by reason of insanity:

Angelo Mendoza Sr. is the wheelchair-bound man from Bakersfield, California who in a fit of PCP induced rage bit his son’s eyes so badly that he actually ate one of the eyes and badly damaged the other. His son is 4-year-old Angelo Mendoza Jr.

Mendoza Sr. was previously found mentally competent to stand trial. Last week he even pleaded guilty to the charges against him. Apparently, a judge was not convinced of his mental competence and even after the guilty pleas the judge found Mendoza Sr. not guilty by reason of insanity.

This means that Mendoza Sr. could spend the rest of his life in a mental facility but it could also mean that he could be out in a few years. Meanwhile, Angelo Mendoza Jr. will be disfigured and partially blind for the rest of his life while dear old dad will have three hots and a cot in someplace that isn’t prison.

That judge should be removed from the bench and disbarred. And ‘they’ should gouge out Mendoza Sr.’s eyes with a soldering iron.

I say let the deranged sperm donor gouge out the judge’s eyes. Then the judge can mop his bloody brow, smile and say its all okay by reason of insanity. Fucking hate that judge. Don’t even know who he is but he needs to get a taste of what little Angelo Mendoze Jr. went through.

  According to the author of “Alone With The Devil” the phyciatrist who interviewed mass murders such as Richard Chase, and The Manson Family there is a common public misconception that bieng judged insane results in a lighter sentance. He will be confined. Sometimes beieng held in a mental hospital results in a much, much longer overall incarceration time. Which I think is warrented. I am not sure the conditions in a prison are that much worse then those in a mental hospital for the criminally insane. Either way he will be judged for the phycopathic violent person that he is. You know what steams me though? To knowingly take a drug like PCP, that makes you violent and insane–and then to be judged as insane instead of bieng judged as a monstrous, stupid, piece of shit and a festing boil on the ass of humanity. I hope someday someone does dangerous recreational drugs for “fun” and gouges Angelo Mendoza’s eyes out.

  These ass- sucking judges have no moral imperative or understanding of their own and therefore do not understand the nature of evil and deny it’s existance. You don’t have to be religious or a philosopher to recognize evil, most decent human beings know it when they see it.
  That should explain this judge. And frankly the anything goes lifestyle that developed in California in the 60s &amp 70s should have been curbed before people got to this point. Bring on the exorcist!

Insanity? You gotta be kidding me. If he was insane enough to bite out his child’s eyes and cut his legs off then he isn’t fit to be a part of society and should be put to death, forfeiting his eyes so that they may be transplanted to the boy.

That’s the only option.

so i can go to bakersfield, california, do a bunch of drugs, kill or maim someone horribly &amp get off on an insanity plea? and this wasnt his first offense, he was found guilt of child endangerment in 2006 when police found a bottle with traces of PCP on it in his son’s crib (the same son his brutally attacked in 2009). this is a terrible precedent.
