As we all know by now Casey Anthony was found not guilty of both first-degree murder and aggravated manslaughter in the death of her daughter, Caylee Anthony. What’s even worse is that she was found not guilty of aggravated child abuse. To be found not guilty of all 3 of those charges is a great miscarriage of justice. Way to go Florida. Another reason for me to hate you.

After Anthony serves her time for the lying to police charge I’m pretty sure she’ll end up back in jail again. That will be after her failed reality show and the porn video which I’m sure will come out.

Also, that smug douchebag Baez will now be the new Johnnie Cochran and his rat face is going to be all over TV for years to come.

Nothing about this outcome is right.

Im in shock as I am sure millions are in florida the jails are full of pot smokers etc but this chick goes free? someone will have to do a wrongful death lawsuit like in ojs for any justice!

Thanks for the tread Trench.nnI’m in complete shock that she is getting away murder, literally. I understand that the state had no direct evidence, but there was scientific evidence. Her defense didn’t prove one thing of thier side of thier made-up story.nNow the child-abuseres/killers of the world can take lessons on misleading, twisting and making up stories to confuse a jury so much that they don’t see the reasonable doubt right before thier eyes.nI’m so mad I sat in my car during my lunch break swallowing back tears. The lump in my throat hurts.nWhat about the justice for Caylee? That innocent little creature will forever be silenced by her duct tape and no one will ever know what really happened to her. Another unsolved mystery. It’s bullshit.nNo words can honestly decribe my anger.nWhat happened to the jury’s common sense?nWhere will she go now? Will she have to live the rest of her life with a bulletproof vest on? What about her parents? They walked out after her verdict was read.nnI have so many questions and not enough answers.nnHow can this happen.nnEveryday I look at my 2-year-old and wonder how could anyone take that innocense away? How can your mind possibly think it’s okay to kill or even accidently kill them? How can you just put them in a bag and leave them in the woods?nHer friends may have said she seemed like a good mother, but how can she call hetrself a mother and obviously not have any “mother” emotions?nnNow just so everyone knows, in the state of Flori-duh, you can kill your child, dump them on the side of road and go free.nnI just don’t get it.

When I turned on my tv today and saw the news that she was found “not guilty” I screamed and threw my remote on the floor. WHAT THE HELL??? This is like OJ Simpson all over again! Casey Anthony gets to continue living her life, while her 2 year old daughter wasn’t even allowed the opportunity to grow up. It makes me sick. nnEverything the woman said was a blatant lie. Then she threw her own father under the bus, essentially blaming the whole thing on him. It took her 3 years in prison to come up with a lie good enough to convince a jury, and the “defense” she came up with was OBVIOUSLY bullshit. Her lawyer is nothing but a scum bag, and the jury consisted of some of the dumbest people in florida. nnOk Casey, we believe you. Your daughter drowned in an above ground pool because YOU weren’t fucking watching her. You then wrapped her head in duct tape and threw her body in a swamp because, well, that’s what you do when a child accidentally drowns. Instead of pulling her out of the pool, calling 911, and performing CPR on her until the paramedics arrived, you dumped her body like garbage. You then spent the next month partying with different men and getting tattoos because you were so “distressed”and didn’t know how else to cope with the pain of losing your only child.. Wow..and to think the jury actually bought that line of shit. nnGUILTY GUILTY GUILTY.

Could not have said it better myself!! Today in America we have said that if you kill your child just make sure you hide the body well enough to destroy evidence of the cause of death. That way you can get a POS laywer who will create resonable doubt and get you off scott free. Good luck Kasey you will pay for your crimes one way or another.

It has to be.nOJ got his… he killed and now is serving for robbery – how low can you go?nIf someone doesn’t serve her with some vigilante justice she’ll go down for something stupid down the line.nnWe can only hope, pray and dream that they might take her uterus in turn for being set free.nShe’s only 25 – she breed again.

Another prosecutor who didn’t do their job! Must have taken lessons from OJ Simpson’s prosecutor. As with OJ, just because she was acquitted doesn’t mean she is innocent! The jury found her NOT GUILTY, not INNOCENT!

I totally think she killed Caylee, and I have from day one. She deserved to at the least, spend the rest of her life in prison. That being said, I could see the reasonable doubt in court, and the whole time I just thought I was being paranoid. The prosecution just didn’t prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. I think the jurors are going to see everything they weren’t allowed to see in court, and realize they made a mistake.nnThis is something that is seen everyday on this site though: Babies dying and no one being held responsible. This one was just tried in the eye of the public, and so many people are freaking out. Makes me kinda sad because all the babies who were killed by the people who were supposed to protect and love them deserve that kind of media attention.

Well! I must say that I am astounded, flummoxed and disappointed with this outcome. I do NOT see how, with all the evidence the state presented, the jury found her not guilty. It is truly an outrage! The fact that she took 31 days to report her daughter missing and lied repeatedly to everyone in her life, not just the police, blatantly tried the most heinous lies against her own father and brother to implicate them to get herself off. Her father was a cop, it is ludicrous to think that he would dispose of the body of his grandchild following a drowning accident. Given her being a pathological liar totally not believable that she was sexually abused by her father &amp brother. Through all of this her parents paid for her defense which was a huge mistake on their part. Doubtful that they would now file a wrongful death suit and expose themselves to more shameful, false accusations from this sociopathic, selfish, immature, lying, murderous cunt.

I am so upset with this verdict and embarrassed that I live in Central Florida, a hop and a skip away from all this B.S. and waste if time and money for the tax payers….. How can 12 people think the same way? AMAZING!!!! Our justice system is supposed to be the best in the world but that doesn’t mean that the “best” people to represent it are doing so!!! The innocent are convicted an the guilty are acquitted… How can that be the BEST justice system? The system will never be fair as long as people with different ideas, thoughts and opinions are a part of it. nnToday is a sad day, RIP baby Girl, one day she will pay!!!!

  It’s not the best because there are CLEARLY loopholes… I say we scratch the 5th amendment and the protection from self-incrimination and you need to PROVE your innocence, not the other way around. It’s not fair to Caylee that Casey didn’t have to take the stand… If it were ME, I would want to take lie detector tests, DNA samples, answer as many questions on the stand as it takes, and have a facial expression analyst prove my innocence!!

    You may want to check out your local circuit court some time. I did some interships in college and go there occasionally to watch now. When you plead the fifth it’s not just about the subject at hand necessarily. They can hit you up on a lot of questionsnnNot that you have anything to hide -) nnI’m just saying.

    We have it the way we do, to protect those who cannot afford to pay for the things needed to prove their innocence. All it would take if you had to prove your innocence is for them to not provide the lie detector tests, DNA tests and whatever unless you paid for them, and you would be hosed no matter how innocent you were. All the methods of proof you mentioned are expensive, and at least 2 can be beaten by a true sociopath, or someone that doens’t believe they are lying.n Yes it sucks that she got away with murder, but I would not want to live in a nation where I could be imprisoned for the crime of not being able to afford to pay to prove my innocence if I was accused of a crime I didn’t commit. Our current system has its flaws, yes, but the alternative gives me nightmares, especially with the current litigious society we live in.

    I know the system sucks. It is not fair because it says every one should be treated equally but not everyone is the same or commits crimes in the same manner. So how can they compare one case to the other. Let’s not even get into sentencing where a person who obviously kills can wind up like Casey Anthony, yet someone who doesn’t pay their taxes let’s say winds up doing more time than a killer. I think I know what it is “USER ERROR” as with many other things in life. The judicial system has had many “BAD USERS” therefore now it is all screwed up!!!!!nnI realized that 21 yrs ago while working as a paralegal for a very prominent attorney in Philadelphia who defended a low life no good scum who sexually abused his 18 month old step-son and he was acquitted although it was evident that he did it the child had 11 stitches and had many more surgeries to go. I stopped working as a paralegal and decided my personal feeling were more important. I wanted to kill that son of a bitch.

I totally DO NOT agree with this at all! She has successfully struck all 3 of my pet peeves!Number 1 I fking hate liars, when I say hate I mean it…. 2 “THE DEFENSE” used the oh woe is me I was abused BullShiza as a defense and lastly she just was so smug and unfeeling. Baby Caylee’s eyes remind me of my own daughters eyes smiling in a few pictures. I have been convinced since day one that this pimple on the pimple of society’s ass was guilty as sin! The main reason I think this is because she did not report the baby missing it was her mother, and I am sorry but if my child was missing for 31 minutes I would be all over the phone and getting a statewide search for this child not going and tatooing the beautiful life on my body. My life would not be “beautiful” if my little girl was gone, plus the bullshit about the baby drowning in the pool I would be so wracked with guilt and failure for not watching my chilld. Absolutely unfuckingbelieveable I am so pissed right now. I hope that vigilante justice is real and karma bites this bitch in the ass!!!

After their “somber” statement on TV people outside the courtroom said the defense had champagne and there was cheering outside of the sight of the jury and cameras. DISGUSTING! I am so happy to not live in that state anymore that’s for sure, but there are miscarriages of justice everyday in every state. What’s WRONG with people now?? My heart goes out to Caylee. I was entirely shocked, I thought with the evidence that she’d definitely get convicted… I didn’t realize the jury wasn’t allowed to see all the evidence we got to see following the case. I agree with the one who said now that it’s over they’ll see and realize that was a big “oops” on their part. nnOh, and here’s a little comic relief… that famous for nothing retard Kim Kardashian actually tweeted that she couldn’t believe she was found not guilty…. keeping in mind that her father was one of the lawyers who got O.J off…. ironic much?

Omg omg omg. I followed this case since it first broke. Caylee and my little girl are only a month and some odd days apart. My “baby” (shes the youngest of my three kiddies) just turned 5 in June. I thought about little Caylee that day. How unfair it was. My baby was turning 5. She went to pre-school and is so excitied about going to “big kids school” in September. But sweet Caylee doesnt get that. She doesnt get to pick out her bookbag and crayons. She doesnt get to go to kindergarden. She is only two. She will forever be two. My baby will grow up thru the years, and Caylee is forever young. Its not fair. its not right. I cant believe she was found not guilty. She was out PARTYING for a MONTH while her baby was “missing” then they said “oh caylee drowned in the pool??!!” REALLY??? This is the FIRST I have heard about a freakin pool!!! Or the fact that the Angel could have fallen into it and drowned. HELLO!!! Dont people usually have a gate up when you have a toddler and a pool? the two are not a good combination!! ugh! Dumb bitch. I watched her when they read the verdict. She cried. I saw relief on her face. yeah. relief that she got away with it. I hope Karma kicks her ass!! nok. rant over.

      Her defense lawyers do not advocate killing children. They were paid to do a job, and they did it. Since they were paid to defend her, they would have done a piss poor job of it if they hadn’t. I know it is frustrating that they had to do the devil’s work (for lack of a better phrase), but that means that if you or I were accused of a crime, we can expect our lawyers to do their job defending as well, regardless of whether they believe personally that we did it. And we have recourse against lawyers that don’t do their job defending aus because they believed we did it. It sucks when someone like this gets away with murder by taking advantage of the protections afforded to everyone under the law, but I would not want to remove the protections, because a ton more innocent people would be imprisoned than are currently under the system in place. I am not willing to sacrifice even one more innocent person on the altar of getting one guilty person where they belong. If our courts couldn’t convict them, whatever gods/powers/forces there are out there are not handtied by our legal system, and karma is a bitch when you do wrong, it may take her a while, but you’ll wish you hadn’t done whatever it was you did when she catches up to you.

    Yeah, but if we had PETA for our children, they would insist on taking them all away and either having them raised in big collective facilities, or turning them loose in the wild to fend for themselves as nature intended.nn PETA would rather I turn my healthy, nearly 14 year old, mostly toothless cat (dental issues run in her family, but she is very healthy otherwise, especially since I had her dental work done at the vet) out into the desert to be eaten by the coyotes or mountain lions, because it isn’t right that my housepet that will not even sleep in my windows is kept indoors. Yes my cat was a hunter in her past, but I think she would quickly starve with only one canine tooth to rip her meals apart with. We don’t need PETA for kids, but we do need more people looking out for them (although most teachers and pediatricians are very watchful of their charges condition), but so many people that abuse or kill their kids pull them out of school and don’t take them to the doctor. And any kind of service that checked up on kids routinely could not cost the families (poor families cannot afford extra expenses, but I have seen plenty take good care of their kids, they just don’t have a lot of frills), should not be too invasive unless there is reasonable cause (something like new injuries on each visit that cannot reasonable be explained by the child’s medical history or regular activities), or they begin to cause more harm than good. Also they would have to check up on all kids, regardless of income, the rich can abuse as much as the poor, and poor parents can be as good as rich parents, but you would still have the babies whose births were not registered that would slip through the cracks.

        The other bad thing about CPS is the fact that they give the parties 24 hours notice before coming out for a visit to the home. Common sense tells you they are going to clean up their act b4 CPS arrives. These should be surprise visits……….

        Depends on the situation, the visit to my sister in law’s where they took her kids was a total surprise visit. But yes, if they are checking up on a family, I believe there should be both announced and unannounced visits. The announced ones give you a benchmark for what the family is capable of if given warning (because some people can’t get their shit togther even with advance notice) and the surprise ones let you know what the normal mode is.

        I’m not sure that’s totally true. When I got a temporary restraining order against an abusive ex of mine, then was awaiting the court date to get it made permanent, my ex called CPS on me (he wanted custody of my daughter, and he wasn’t even the father! – He threatened that I would never see her again if I tried to leave him, and that was the day I got the temporary restraining order). They just came to my house and told me that they had an anonymous report that I was an alcoholic and physically abused my daughter, and kept no food around and left the house a complete mess. I simply opened the door and said “look at whatever you want to, ask me any questions, ask my daughter anything you want. I have nothing to hide.” They went through my entire house, including my garbage and laundry hampers. I explained the situation with my ex, and the girl hugged me and said she was sorry that I ever had to be investigated at all. I told her that I would rather be randomly looked at if that’s what it took to save children from abuse and we ended up parting amicably. CPS has a job, and at least in my area, they don’t call or give warning before coming. They just show up. nn

Mrs. Wheeler went to the authorities to report this horrifying child abuse. The authorities refused to intervene, stating that children are the property of their parents. But I am pretty sure we will see Miss Anthony again. People like her do not stray far from their true nature. It is incredibly horrifying though that she has stated that she wants more children. Why should she be able to have any more kids when she was already blessed with a beautiful baby girl and didn’t love and protect her, possibly killed her with her bare hands?   My daughter was around the same age as Caylee when she disappeared too, and looks so much like her…I’ve had more than one person comment on it…nnhttp://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e191/sumblondechick/017.jpgnnThey have the same outfits, the same toys, the Pooh blanket she was found wrapped in is the same one that my daughter has slept with since she was a baby 😦 nnI have been following this case pretty much from day one because of the haunting similarities…as it’s become more and more of a circus I’ve been turned off, but still this verdict felt like a punch in the gut. I hugged my little one extra tight tonight. Casey may have gotten off but she will never get a chance to cuddle up with her baby girl or see her grow up, and if she has a drop of humanity running through her veins that will be a worse punishment than any the state of Florida could ever inflict.

OMG! I am so glad to see something posted on this website!! I follow BB religiously, so I was naturally inclined to see justice served for baby Caylee. Boy, was I surprised!! I understand that there’s not enough physical/forensic evidence, the jury had reasonable doubt, etc. BUT DAMN! What is this teaching people? You know she’ll write a book, a movie, or a porno like you suggested (snicker, snicker), and make a ton of money!! Belle Vita, huh? What is everyone so upset for? This is one case, and while the jury didn’t see what we could see, we didn’t see what they could see. Also, it’s the jury system. The prosecution picked these jurors. nThe defense picked these jurors. nMany, many people are in prison because they are over charged and/or wrongfully convicted. It has been proven in many cases through DNA evidence. The same evidence that was used in this case. It was not enough to convict. Maybe it was the wrong evidence to use. nDunno. To me it got way too complicated so that alone proved that there was not enough direct evidence for a good conviction. Emotions jot withstanding

Because she neglected to watch her child! The first thing I do when we get out of thhe pool is latch the ladder. I deadbolt my back doors, someone should pay for taking this child’s life but no….political correction at its best as these jurors failed to have a voice. I was pregnant with my daughter when the story of caylee broke, I prayed many prayers for them to find her and her come home safely. Now I pray many prayers that God will give caylee justice! I live in Florida And I am even more ashamed to say that now! I hate Casey! I am a young mom I am 22 with two kids granted Im also married but there are hard days and my husband doesn’t help me much and there are days when my oldest daughter makes me want to pull my hair out (she is going to be tested for adhd) but i’ve once thought about hurting her or worse!! I hate that casey used being a young mom! UGH!! I am still just so mad I want to cry but I guess the glove didn’t fit!

I damn sure won’t buy any book or pay to see any movie that will benefit that selfish bitch. She’s going to have to have plastic surgery and change her name to have any kind of life now. I had My 10 week up prenatal appointment today. I was checking my phone for updates on the verdict. Nothing…. Than bam!! I got a text from everyone I know “She was found not guilty!!!” I sat there at the doctors office and balled my eyes out! I am completely disgusted with the justice system!!!! Where is the justice for little Caylee? How does any mother go 31 days, and not report her baby missing? How can any mother be able to sleep, eat, party, and get a tattoo while her daughter is missing? Her actions should have been proof enough!! She was out partying living life as normal while her daughter’s body was decomposing. She threw her away like a piece of garbage. She will get to walk free and live life the way she was before. She will get to laugh &amp age. She can probably have more kids. Meanwhile, Little Caylee never got the chance to see the age of 3. She will never get to go to first grade, go to prom, fall in love, graduate, marry or have babies of her own. Casey took all that away from her. How can 6 people of the jury who have children &amp grandchildren themselves let this monster go? Why could they convict Scott Peterson? There wasn’t hard evidence against him. They went based on this actions. He is getting death. Why not her? This is a complete joke!!!! All we need is for her to make a book like OJ Simpson did ” I didn’t do it, but if I would have I would have killed her like this.” They might as well let every child murderer and raper go!!!   Unfortunately, it was two different cases, and two different sets of evidence being gathered. Not to mention, only a few people knew Caylee was missing until her family contacted authorities. Lacy and little Connor had family that missed them right away and contacted authorities immediately and the search was on before too much evidence could be lost. And I think what evidence they did have was able to disprove his version of events (I read a book about that case, but it was a few years ago, and the main thing I remember is luck was on the presecutor’s side, because if Lacy had been a few feet further out to sea, they would have never recovered her remains). In 31 days a ton of evidence can be lost, and that loss can be cause reasonable doubt. And reasonable doubt is all it takes for a murderer to walk free. nnThe prosecution has the burden of proof, which means thay not only have to proof that itn happened the way their evidence shows, they also have to counter any alternative explanation offered by the defense, with their evidence. Since little Caylee was so decomposed, they could not rule out drowning as the cause of death, and that was enough to insert reasonable doubt, that and the fact that Casey played the “I didn’t say anything because I was abused growing up and it made me too terrified” card, and since abuse affects different people in different ways, that inserts reasonable doubt. Although, she wasn’t terrified enough to not party and get a tattoo, or maybe denial had her acting like nothing happened. All these things mean reasonable doubt.nn It sticks in my craw that she got off with only a lying to police conviction, but I sure wouldn’t want to be a person railroaded because juries couldn’t vote not guilty based on reasonable doubt. I’m pretty sure there weren’t 6 monsters sitting in that jury box. I wouldn’t be surprised if there weren’t 6 people that has to wrangle with their soul and left that case saying “I know in my heart she did it, but I there was enough doubt I couldn’t say she did it”. And then they went home and cried because they had to let a monster walk free.nnIt sucks knowing in your gut that the defendant did it, and having to let them go, because the evidence presented by the prosecution couldn’t rule out their exlplanation of events.

Well maybe this will be a lesson to young ladies… If you are not mature enough to care for a child DO NOT have unprotected sex! nIf you do get pregnant murder is not the answer! Adoption is a solution! So many couples who would love to give a child a loving home.. And this Casey Anthony who IMHO is a classic sociopath with no conscience rids her life of her child. Is it me or in certain photos did that child have dark circles under her eyes? Prosecuter was errant not to point it out to jury, that child was being drugged for months.. Every photo with her grandparents she looks healthy, the later ones with her breeder look suspect! nTotally disgusted by verdict!

Ok everyone don’t forget the place where you live. The great USA is innocent until PROVEN guilty. They couldn’t PROVE that she killed her. So the jury did their job. This is how the justice system works. For once, the jury understood what their job was. We cannot change the system so it convicts all of these parents who we just know in our hearts did it because some people have bad hearts and would convict people who didn’t do anything for payback or other reasons. There are a lot of wrongfully convicted people out there. All because juries don’t know what REASONABLE DOUBT is and that the burden of PROOF is on the prosecution.

  On the opposite hand there are people walking free because of ‘reasonable doubt’. I served on a jury, where we all felt in our guts that the guy was guilty, but the prosecution had not gotten enough evidence to remove that reasnoable doubt. We were actually nearly hung, because one gentleman wanted to vote based on his gut and not the evidence. He did recognize the reasonable doubt was there, and so we were able to talk him into not voting on his gut instainct and instead on the facts as they were presented in court. Half our time in deliberations was spent reminding him of the rules on reasonable doubt, but we were civilized about it. But yes, not guilty is a world away from completely innocent. That’s why they say guilty/not guilty and not guilty/innocent. nnI think it depends on the other jurors. We had 11 whoe felt the guy did it, but couldn’t vote guilty because we were doing our job, and one guy that wanted to vote his gut, but was able to be convinced that he needed to vote based on reasonable doubt (but if he hadn’t seen it was there, we would have been hung).

I do not like people demonizing the jury because they saw reasonable doubt in a messed up situation, that was fubar from the get go. I do believe she did it, but if her defense is able to cast enough doubt in the situation, the jury’s hands are tied. It sucks, but I would rather the accuser have to prove their case, than the accused have to prove their innocence, because one day, any of us could be in the position of the accused, rightly or wrongly.

Like their lives are worth less than those of an adult? OR is it because we want, deep down where we live, to believe that a mother could not murder her own child? What kind of “mother” puts duct tape over their “accidently” drowned daughters face, and throw them out into the woods, tells every lie they can about the baby, and parties like nothing ever happened? I can tell you, NONE!! Also that crap about being molested by her father made her hide the body, is BULL SHIT. I am a survivor of molestation and a mother, and NEVER would i dream of disposing of my baby if there was an accidental drowning! Why not call paramedics? There have been so many times they have brought drowning victims back to life this LIE makes no sense. She murdered that baby and covered it up and that jury was BLIND!!

As to cause of death that pretty much makes it a homicide doesn’t it? I don’t think the jury bought the drowing theory,it’s just that there wasn’t enough concrete evidence linking Casey to the crime. I guess that’s why Casey spent a month hiding from anyone who would have known that Caylee should have been with her. And the longer it took to locate the body,the more evidence was destroyed. I’d love to be at Casey’s ‘welcome home’ party that someone mentioned below.

      What absolutely stupifies me is that the juror who was interviewed stated that they thought that her father knew something about it or had something to do with it! How , I ask you, did they get that? After she lied constantly and then through her own father and brother under the bus accusing them of sexual abuse AND the ME testified as to the duct tape and cause of death could the jury NOT GET IT? They are willing to believe unfounded accusations clearly put forth to implicate the father and yet overlook hard evidence of duct tape? It is absurd!
      Being a retired cop, if her dad had anything to do with it the body would have been in the everglades, not close to the house AND duct tape from the house would not have been used. He would know better. And I believe that if she drown he would have called 911.
      It’s so totally screwed and nonsensical for them to believe obvious lies in an attempt to shift blame and yet ignore evidence. BLAH!

I have pretty much been in shock since I was told about the not-guilty verdict. I can’t say she killed her or not but what I CAN say being a mother of 4 is that she is an idiot and was clearly relieved to be rid of the burden of motherhood. I cannot even party like that with my kids are ALIVE because I am still in the back of my mind wondering if they ate dinner, took showers before bed, is the air/heat on too low? Are they fighting? Is the sitter going crazy? Hell I was on a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas and called them every day at a rate of $7.99 a minute or something ridiculous like that, and they were with my mother!!! Mothers are rare and unique women and it’s nothing you can fake!

  Caylee was oh so loved, cherished and well taken care of by her grandparents. I can’t understand why she didn’t just sign rights to them if she couldn’t handle being a mother. I agree that its not for everyone. It is a rollercoaster ride and a complete challenge of emotions and sacrifice to be a mother and u never know what ur getting into until it is a legal responsibilit. But there are options and unfortunately for caylee, murder was the only option for her mother.

I was not surprised by this verdict at all. My sister and I have been following the trial, and we both agreed, on about day 2 or 3, that she was going to be found not guilty. The prosecution’s case was weak from day one. Not that I think she’s innocent, as a matter of fact, I think she is guilty as hell, but the prosecution’s case was based on circumstantial evidence, conflicting testimony and refutable scientific evidence.

They just announced on HLN that when Casey is released tomorrow (apparently they already know the bitch pig is getting out) they are making special arrangements and she will be driven to an “undisclosed” location so she doesn’t have to deal with any harrassment. I hope this baby killer is harrassed every day of her life!! What special arrangements were made for Caylee??!!?? Funeral arrangements!!! I honestly believe it’s getting to the point in this country that you have to be on video committing the murder before a jury will convict your ass of anything. nnI agree the prosecution’s case was weak, and the defense did an excellent job at creating reasonable doubt….but to hear one of the alternate jurors actually call Casey Anthony a “good mother”. Jesus Christ, what in the name of holy fuck makes a “bad mother” to someone like this.nnNever underestimate the power of stupid people in a large group. Now this whore stands to make literally millions upon millions of dollars from book deals, movies, etc. nnThe only bright spot- if there is one, is that she WAS convicted in the court of public opinion, and hopefully will be shunned for the rest of her child murdering days. I wish I could say that I hope the ghost of Caylee haunts her daily, but I don’t think she gives a shit. nnIt’s like an alternate universe we’re living in these days….and the idea of her smirking knowing that she totally got away with murder is enough to make me dry heave for days on end.

To all those slamming the jury, I don’t believe they bought her story about the accidental drowning. The problem is the prosecution was unable to prove her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. I do think that she will end up feeling in a prison of her own making, she won’t be able to go out and party unless she has police protection. I mean can you imagine the death threats that she is receiving? all please remember that if she does attempt to make money off of this that we are the ones who have the power to stop it, we can unite to boycott and picket any company or advertiser with that company to let them understand that we won’t allow it. so she becomes a second rate porn pig…she will always suffer.

And the circumstantial evidence was there wrapped in a nice big bow. I am absolutely SPEECHLESS about the verdict! It makes me want to commit murder in the 1st degree. Let’s just say that she didn’t intentionally murder precious caylee. Ok.. but her defense ADMITTED and provided the court that she knew caylee died and that she was aware that her precious little body and soul was left to be eaten by animals, have flies lay maggots on her and be washed around through a hurricane all while placed in garbage bags. All of the 3 short years caylee graced the world with her presence and beautiful memories left to waste away as she never meant anything. So why,WHY is she not charged with obstruction of justice? Improper disposal of a body? Etc., etc…!!! I have heard rumors through commentators and the media that this might be in her future but for now she is basically a free slut. Free to breed again. But I have some satisfaction in knowing that she might not be behind bars, but will be a prisoner in herself forever. She will always be casey anthony no matter where she goes, what she does and for that she will be hated by practically everyone. People will know who she is and what she did while she’s out clubbing, grocery shopping, getting laid etc. But let’s stop focusing on this bitch and use our emotions and energy toward the fact that caylee has not had justice. As of yet, NO ONE has been held responsible for taking this babies life and disposing of her like garbage. No one will ever know what happened to her, she will never be heard and for that my heart has shattered. street justice is going to grab this whore by here elephant ears, mutilate her anus and torture her mentally and physically until she takes her own life, and I will be patiently awaiting.

I am sorry but the simple fact that she did not report the child missing for 31 days shows SHE HAD to do something with it and showed such disinterest in the entire case and her daughter unless she (Casey) was mentioned. It should have been an open and shut case but due to the way that the case was overly publicized. The jury fucked up, and due to all of the people against the death penalty because they think that its inhumane, well for all those politically correct people, way to go you let an oxygen theif walk the streets.

        One juror has given an interview and according to her, the verdict wasn’t due to reasonable doubt, but that the prosecution couldn’t prove how Caylee died. To get a conviction on any of the counts, including child abuse, they would have to show that Casey did something to Caylee. Unfortunately, the jury couldn’t find anything to prove that. She said they all cried and waited even another day to see if they could find any evidence to show what she did to kill Caylee, but they couldn’t find anything (since the coroner couldn’t put a cause of death). nnIts sad, but what should happen now, (at least in my opinion), is revise our laws to state that if you know someone is guilty of a crime, but it isn’t enough to prove that crime was murder, manslaughter, child abuse, etc, then the accused should be sentenced to a secondary offense one below the maximum crime accused of. This would mean that in Casey’s case since they could not fulfill all the requirements for 1st degree murder (the highest charge she was accused of), then she would automatically get 2nd degree murder instead. This wouldn’t hurt anyone who did not do a crime or in cases of reasonable doubt It would only affect cases like hers where one piece of the evidence was destroyed or missing, but murder is proven as well as guilt. It would mean that murders and child molesters/abusers wouldn’t walk free, and it would also send a better message to people thinking about committing crimes like these.n

        The official cause of death is undetermined. I am not saying Casey was not somehow apart of Caylee’s death. However, despite having a motive and what the prosecution was able to present as evidence, the not guilty verdict of murder I can agree with. Manslaughter and child abuse I feel she should have gone down for. Unfortunately, I truly do feel that she didn’t do it alone. I think her parents know more than they have let on, and will continue to keep their silence. Casey did need to pay for whatever she did in relation to Caylee’s death. I am sad that she isn’t. Somewhere down the road Caylee’s justice will be served it’s just not happening when we want it to which is infuriating.

    Because there was no direct forensic trace evidence linking Casey and Caylee’s remains. Jose Baez may have been a total asshole but he did a fantastic job of a) pointing out that all the eviedence was circumstantial and b) throwing George under the bus, George was his reasonable doubt, even if it was all made up, and he used him well.
    
    I hate to admit it because I watched the whole damn thing and I’m damn sure she killed her daughter, either intentionally or by accident and even if by accident (the pool scenario) she didn’t care enough about Caylee to report it. But Baez, sleazeball that he was, used every legal loophole he could to absolve her of blame. Clever lawyer sucky human being.
