Raul Garcia

Man accused of using Craigslist to find HS girls:

Houston man allegedly took out ad seeking ‘sexy high school girl’:

25-year-old Raul Garcia of Houston, Texas allegedly posted an ad on craigslist looking for high school girls and not to tutor them. Police say he posted the ad from his work computer which basically said ‘Looking for any hot high school chicks.’ A Harris County Precinct 4 Constable responded to the ad posing as a 14-year-old girl. They traded messages back and forth. Some of Garcia’s are said to have contained the following…

But the 25-year-old allegedly asked the supposed 14-year-old if she wanted “sex on the down low” and if she would send him a “naughty pic.”

‘We really don’t care what grade you’re in.’

“I am looking for a sexy high school girl who wants to experience an older guy…,”

In case there was any doubt what he was talking about investigators say that Garcia also sent an explicit photo of himself.

I know I sound like a broken record (kids, ask your grandparents what a record was) but it needs to be said. This is the user base of craigslist, pedophiles and predators who use it as a kind of catalog to select their next victims. Still no one is calling on craigslist to monitor their site. No one in the media and no one who holds an office. What kind of hideous atrocity do the craigslist creepers have to commit before craigslist is on the hot seat again?

  1. Sick, sick, sick fuck. I’m 21 and wouldn’t even consider a senior (guy) in high school. They’re just too immature. Something is wrong with people who think they can only get laid by people so much younger than themselves.

  2. Yes, I do realize that there are legitimate uses for craigslist however even people using it for legitimate purposes have been victimized by craigslist predators. Also I like to believe that I am helping by trying to educate the public about the dangers of craigslist. I’m not saying that craigslist should be shut down but instead they should improve the functionality of their site by monitoring it.

And if you don’t think I’m down on Backpage you haven’t been reading here long.

    1. Whether meeting somebody to buy/sell an item or a new friend from Craigslist, I always warn people to please arrange to meet in a very public place – NEVER at your/their place. Don’t even give your address (unless you’re having a garage or yard sale).

Even something as simple as applying for a job can be your death warrant on Craigslist. Like the three or so men shot, buried and identities stolen by this small group of men who were eventually caught when one applicant escaped.

New reader here and enjoying your writing style. Most people step on eggshells with their choice of words because they don’t want to offend anyone, but my opinion is who gives a f*ck what pedo’s and their accomplices think? Keep up the good work.

      1. Thank you Scott. I have an aversion to eggshells and stomp them frequently.

Outside of not using craigslist, which is what I really recommend, is to make the transaction outside of a police department. I would get their permission first though.

        1. Good, I actually spent a good while yesterday reading a few pages of archives and just bewildered.

I’m actually retiring a couple hobbies of which I have LOTS of materials, pattern books and all kinds of things of that sort, and have thought about advertising on CL. Since it’s cross-stitching and plastic canvas, including a few collectible 80’s character pattern books, the buyer would most likely be a woman in her 40’s+. I carry a taser, I ain’t skeered of THAT. And would only meet like at a Half Price Books, some place public with a lot of people walking around and a fountain area. Instead of doing eBay and bothering with the fee, packing and shipping, surely I can find somebody locally in the Arlington/Fort Worth/Dallas area. Two lots of crafts supplies basically, not a cell phone, Jordans or something I’d get shot over. Mamaw COULD POSSIBLY be packing, but I can give the shock of her life, so I’m good on listing those items on Craigslist LOL!!
