Judge dismisses charges against father of Giovanni Gonzalez, who disappeared in Lynn five years ago:

Sad news out of Massachusetts today when an Essex County Superior Court judge dismissed charges of parental kidnapping against Ernesto Gonzalez. Gonzalez is the main person of interest in the 2008 disappearance of his son, 5-year-old Giovanni Gonzalez. Giovanni was visiting his dad for a weekend but when it came time to return Giovanni to his mother Ernesto Gonzalez never returned him. He claims that he murdered Giovanni but investigators say there is no evidence to those claims.

Unfortunately this is not surprising as earlier this year Ernesto Gonzalez was ruled mentally incompetent to stand trial.

Gonzalez is far from a free man though. He’s been committed to a state mental facility who just requested an extension on his current stay. Not to mention he also assaulted an inmate and a guard.

Due to the lack of evidence I’m still hoping against hope that Giovanni is alive and that hopefully some new program or crime show will bring his story to at least a national audience.

Well, if there’s insufficient evidence to press ahead then that’s that I guess. Maybe he is still alive. Fingers crossed for a happy outcome.

I don’t know if any body can help me. There is a whole family of perverts in mobile Alabama they have all been arrested after one go there grown victims Brittany woods threatened to blow it all apart she is missing bless her soul. The problem is her mother type thing who was arrested with the rest of the family and now on bail for sodomy and child abuse Here is the kicker chessie woods Is looking after someone’s children a 2 year old and a three year old. She is breaking conditions of her bail and I feel those babies could be in danger. I have not any luck trying to get the sheriff on her ass I’m wondering if y’all could help. I’m not trying to smear anybody. I’m just trying to get those babie away from her. There is a mobile Alabama sheriffs web page. I put a complaint in there but I want to make sure the cops look into it I read about her babysitting in a international news paper. I know you can’t trust every thing you read but if there are kids in her care they need to be gotten out of there
