57-year-old Thomas Collura of Joplin, Missouri, was arrested for allegedly convincing a Virginia girl to create over 140 explicit images for him. The pair communicate over both Instagram and Kik. Collura is even believed to have “mailed her some of the means to produce the videos.” The victim is said to be under the age of 15.

Keep in mind parents that Kik is rampant with sex offenders, pedophiles, and child porn collectors. Just because Kik allows 13-year-olds on their platform that doesn’t make it safe.
