Police: Students Plan ‘Columbine-Style’ Massacre:
Another plot discovered. This time in my old stomping grounds of South Jersey…
Police say three angry high school students plotted to carry out a Columbine-style massacre at their South Jersey school.
The students are all freshmen at Winslow Township High School in Atco.
At a detention hearing Wednesday afternoon, the judge called the charges serious.
The Winslow Township Police Department called the alleged plot a “planned Columbine-style massacre,” that had been in the works since January. The students’ plan included how the three students would systematically gun down the students on their hit list execution style, according to police.
Police told NBC 10 News that the three students — ages 14, 15 and 16 — had been trying since January to buy 9 mm handguns from two underground dealers. Once they had the guns, police said the teens planned on starting a food fight in the cafeteria to create chaos, fire gunshots into the air and then order everyone onto the ground.
Police also told NBC 10 that they recovered a hit list of potential victims. At a detention hearing in Camden County Court, the judge ordered the suspects to remain in police custody, pending a psychological evaluation.
More on this if anything develops.

4 years ago, when I first started coming to The Trenchcoat, all I ever heard of was Columbine. Is it me, or does it seem like kids are planning this everywhere, everyday ?
Reason I ask is because I wonder if these kids are REALLY doing this shit or if officals are so scared of the next attack they just jump on everything that sounds close.

My personal opinion is more often than not the charges are warranted in these kinds of cases.
