You may remember the story of James Wamsley. He’s the 17-year-old who was convicted of raping an infant. He was sentenced as an adult to no less than 13-years behind bars.
The sentence includes “aggravating factors” which could put the teen away for life.
Let’s hope for “aggravating factors”.

Apparently, it seems Wamsley was a victim of sexual abuse himself…as if it justifies what he did to that poor baby, reported to be suffering from nightmares and acting clingy as a result of his ordeal.
Its regoddamndiculous what this kid did to that baby, but rest assured he won’t make it out of prison alive.
I figured he had been sexually assulted i went out with him in 8th grade yeah i know ewwww sorry i didnt know he was crazy but anyways i went to hold his hand one day and he freaked out and the look in his eyes was scary and he said he didnt hold hands but then i didnt think much of it at the time but now i realize maybe there was a reason why… i feel bad for him that he was sexually abused but he had no right to do what he did i hope he gets life.. does anybody know if he has gotten a diff sentence yet?
