Sex suspect interrupts online dangers lesson in NC:

In Asheboro, North Carolina it seems a group of kids were treated to a real-life sexual solicitation while attending a web safety class.

A Randolph County Sheriff’s deputy was demonstrating to the teens about how to stay safe online by posing as a 14-year-old girl online. Within minutes the deputy was being solicited allegedly by one Michael Hager.

Deputies then set up a meeting where they arrested Hager.

Between this and the ‘Dumbfish’ law, I swear that North Carolina has the dumbest sex offenders. And that’s a good thing.

They all screw up eventually. Some just do it long before others, and (thankfully) some do it before they’ve even had a chance to harm a child.

Me too… Also, the ones who’ve been caught and just learn their way around the system to avoid getting caught again. They worry me, too.
