Casey Anthony will appeal lying convictions:
As we all know Casey Anthony is set to be released from jail in just a few scant hours. What has mostly escaped national attention is that on Friday she filed to appeal her convictions for lying to police.
Think about that for a second. Not only was she not convicted in the death of Caylee Anthony but she was also not convicted on aggravated child abuse charges. If this appeal is successful she’ll have been convicted of nothing.
If her appeal goes through and she isn’t convicted this will just prrof that our justice system has completely gone down the drain.
The fact that she wasn’t convicted shows that out justice system has gone down the drain.
the reason she wasn’t convicted was because Caylee’s body was so badly decomposed that trying to find a cause of death was impossible. Or so the jury says. Without a cause of death, it’s impossible to even prove murder, and harder to prove who the murderer was. I’m pretty sure Casey did it, though the jury does kind of have a point. Regardless, she still had something rotting in her car for quite a while and then Caylee’s body was found a few months later in the woods, not too far away. That at least should have gotten Casey charged with abuse of a corpse. Poor Caylee didn’t even get a proper burial.
Also, it’s not ‘our’ justice system if the trial was in Florida- no other state had a hand in this.

I saw a magazine about her being unable to get married (I think the title was Casey’s Wedding Bombshell). Didn’t have time to read it, but who the hell would want to marry this skank?!

As a matter of fact I received a comment on a different post about Casey Anthony on one of my other sites where some guy said he loved her and wanted to take care of her. He even left his address and phone number.
I deleted that comment.

Un-fucking-believable!!! She’s also going to be put in a witness protection program, have her name changed and undergo plastic surgery! I swear if none of this is proof our justice system is completely fucked up, nothing is!
My heart has absolutely shattered for little Caylee! Nobody cares about that baby! Her life was selfishly snatched away from her and her killer gets to go free and even pretty start her life all over! Casey gets a second chance, but Caylee does not! She can never come back! My whole face is red with rage right now!!

wow, this is really just fucking unreal. how on earth could she do this and keep a straight face. Just because the courts found her not guilty doesn’t mean she didn’t do it, just that they could prove the case based on the evidence that was presented-she doesn’t seem to get that fact.
someone will find her-she thinks she can just leave the country when this case got international coverage? I seriously doubt it. there is a spot in hell waiting for you Casey…

She appealed for one reason, and one reason only. She appealed so that she could invoke her 5th Ammendment Right during the Civil lawsuits against her.
