Scottsdale police arrest man in ‘Snapchat’ encounter with minor:

A 19-year-old man from Scottsdale, Arizona, was recently arrested for the alleged statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl that he met through mobile texting app Snapchat. Supposedly he received her Snapchat ID from a friend and she allegedly told him that she was 18. The girl then told him to come get her because her dad was kicking her out. They went back to his place where the misdeed was done.

it seems like in this case we have the exception to the rule where the suspect was set up by the alleged victim as far as revealing true age goes, but guys, if you want to stay out of jail maybe ask for a Snapchat pic of their ID.
